Welcome to Alkhair Store (https://alkhairstore.shop). This website is owned and operated by Alkhair Store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General Terms

By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are placing your order for delivery within the United Arab Emirates. You agree not to use our website or products for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.

2. Product Descriptions and Pricing

• Stock Availability: We regularly update our stock with our suppliers. On rare occasions, a popular item may go out of stock before our website is updated. In that case, we will contact you and may cancel the order or offer you a similar product.
• Pricing: All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (Dhs.). We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

3. Order Confirmation (Cash on Delivery)

Because we offer Cash on Delivery with no advance payment, every order is confirmed before it is dispatched:

• Confirmation: Our team will contact you on the phone number you provided, by phone call or WhatsApp, to confirm your order and address. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled.
• Accepting Your Order: Once you confirm your order, please make sure someone is available to receive it and pay the courier. Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed orders without a valid reason may be asked to prepay or may not be able to place future orders with us.

4. Intellectual Property

All website design, text, product descriptions, and images on https://alkhairstore.shop belong to Alkhair Store or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes related to purchases from Alkhair Store are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
