  • Delivery: To share your delivery details with our fulfillment partner and local UAE courier companies so your order can be delivered.
  • Customer Support: To handle damage claims, order changes, returns, and exchanges.
  • Marketing & Analytics: To understand how visitors use our store and to measure our advertising (for example through the Meta Pixel), so we can improve our website and offers.

Your data is stored on Shopify's secure servers. Because we operate on Cash on Delivery, we do not collect or store credit card numbers, CVVs, or bank login details on this website. We keep your order and contact history only as long as needed for record-keeping, legal, and customer support purposes.
