1. Delivery Charges

• Free Delivery: We offer free delivery on all orders to all major cities and areas in the UAE. There are no hidden fees or extra charges.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Time

• Order Confirmation: After you place your order, our team will contact you by phone call or WhatsApp to confirm it.
• Processing: Once confirmed, your order is prepared and dispatched within 12 to 24 hours.
• Delivery: Orders are delivered to your doorstep within 1 to 3 working days across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Please pay the exact order amount in cash (Dhs.) to the courier when your order arrives.
• The courier cannot leave the parcel without collecting the full payment.
• If you will not be home, please ask a family member, roommate, or building reception to receive the parcel and pay on your behalf.

4. Remote Areas and Delays

• Remote Areas: Delivery to some remote areas may take an additional 2 to 4 working days.
• Unexpected Delays: Delays can sometimes happen due to weather, road closures, or public holidays. If your order is delayed, we will let you know.
• Delivery Attempts: The courier will try to deliver your order up to three times. If all attempts fail or the courier cannot reach you, the order will be marked as a failed delivery and returned.
